Fulfillment Policy

At AI Realty Group Inc., we are dedicated to delivering property management services that protect assets, preserve value, and provide peace of mind. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we manage, maintain, and oversee properties for our clients.

1. Service Initiation

  • Services begin after signing a property management agreement.

  • Property owners must provide property details, tenant information (if applicable), and any required access or documentation.

  • An onboarding checklist and service plan will be shared at the start of engagement.

2. Delivery & Timelines

  • Day-to-day management services are ongoing and continuous, including lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and reporting.

  • Timelines for leasing, repairs, or projects will be provided in writing on a case-by-case basis.

3. Communication

  • Each property owner will have a dedicated property manager as their main point of contact.

  • We provide monthly reports and updates via email or owner portals.

  • Owners are expected to respond to approvals or decisions promptly to avoid delays.

4. Quality Assurance

  • We ensure all maintenance, tenant, and financial operations are carried out with care, professionalism, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Issues within our scope will be addressed promptly at no additional cost.

5. Completion

  • Property management is an ongoing service.

  • If an agreement ends, final reports, tenant records, and financial summaries will be delivered within the agreed termination period.
