  • Any changes to timelines will be communicated promptly in writing.

3. Communication

  • Each client has a dedicated relationship manager.

  • Regular updates are provided through scheduled meetings, secure reports, and email correspondence.

  • Clients are responsible for timely approvals, signatures, and responses to maintain progress.

4. Quality Assurance

  • All activities are carried out with strict compliance to industry standards, regulations, and fiduciary duties.

  • Internal audits and reviews are conducted to ensure accuracy and integrity.

5. Completion

  • Services are considered fulfilled once agreed milestones are achieved or upon the delivery of strategic reports, governance actions, or investment results.

  • For ongoing engagements, fulfillment is continuous and monitored through regular reporting.
