Fulfillment Policy

At Scottens Operations Inc., we are committed to delivering consulting, procurement, and operational services with precision, transparency, and reliability. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we provide our services to ensure a clear and seamless experience for our clients.
1. Service Initiation
Services begin after a formal proposal is accepted or a service agreement is signed.
Clients must provide required information, documentation, and any initial payments before work begins.
Once confirmed, we provide a detailed project scope, deliverables outline, and estimated timeline.
2. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery schedules are tailored to each project’s scope and complexity.
Timelines are established during project planning and will be communicated in writing.
If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified immediately, and updated milestones will be provided.
3. Communication
Each client will have a designated point of contact from our team.
Progress updates are provided through email, virtual meetings, or reports as agreed.
Clients are expected to respond promptly to feedback and information requests to avoid delays.
4. Quality Assurance
All deliverables undergo internal review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
Any issues identified within the scope will be corrected at no additional cost.
5. Completion
A project is considered fulfilled when all agreed deliverables have been completed, reviewed, and approved by the client.
Final documents and assets are delivered upon completion and/or final payment.
